| General terms and conditions |
1. Validity
Our following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services, including those provided in the future.
2. Conclusion of contract
To place an order, an order form must be completed correctly in full. We will confirm your order by e-mail. A contract of sale is only concluded, however, when we accept your order by supplying the goods.
3. Prices, shipping costs
All prices stated on the website are in euros and include applicable value-added tax.
Shipping costs are also added to each order at a flat rate. The amount depends on the respective destination. The flat rate charges stated on the website shall apply.
4. Payment
The ordered goods are payable by cash on delivery or by credit card ((MASTERCARD, VISA or AMERICAN EXPRESS).
5. Right of revocation
The customer may revoke contractual acceptance without providing reasons within two weeks in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. This period does not begin until the customer receives the goods. Cancellation must be addressed to:

The customer must bear the costs of returning the goods when the goods supplied correspond to the order and when the price of the goods being returned does not exceed 40.00 euros or if, in the event of the price of the goods being higher at the time of cancellation, the customer has not yet performed the service in return or paid a contractually agreed part payment.
6. Warranty
The customer has legal rights if the products supplied are defective.
The special provisions outlined in section 7 shall however apply in the case of claims for damages by the customer.
7. Liability
Claims for damages by the customer due to obvious defects in the goods supplied are excluded if they do not report the defect within two weeks of delivery.
Our liability for claims for damages for whatever legal reason (particularly in the event of delay, defects or other breaches of duty) is limited to the damages foreseeable and typical for this type of contract.
The aforesaid limitations of liability do not apply to our being liable due to intent or gross negligence, to guaranteed characteristics of state, injury to life, body or health or according to the Product Liability Act.
8. Reservation of title
We remain the owner of the goods until these are paid for in full.
9. Data protection
We shall store and process personal data which has become known in the course of the business relationship in EDP systems. All data shall be treated confidentially. It shall not be disclosed to third parties. If a customer does not agree to their data being stored in this way, they should inform us accordingly.
10. Choice of law
German law exclusively shall apply to all legal relationships between ourselves and the customer excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
11. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions prove ineffective, either in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
